According to preliminary data, in the period of January-December 2013, 146122 dwellings were completed, i.e. by 4.4% less than in 2012 (in which an increase by 16.8% was recorded) and by 11.6% more than in 2011.
In the period of twelve months of 2013, the number of dwellings for which building permits have been granted amounted to 138681, i.e. by 16.0% less than 2012. The number of dwellings in which the construction has begun also decreased to 127392, i.e. by 10.2%.
