In the period of three months of 2016 there were more dwellings completed than the year before. The number of dwellings for which permits have been granted or which have been registered with a construction project and the number of dwellings in which construction has begun also increased.
According to preliminary data, in the period of January-March of 2016, 37313 dwellings were completed, i.e. by 17.7% more compared with the same period of 2015, in which a drop was recorded by 10.8%. In the period of three months of 2016 the number of dwellings for which building permits have been granted or which have been registered with a construction project amounted to 42183, i.e. by 9.7% more than in corresponding period of 2015 (against an increase by 13.3% the year before). The number of dwellings in which the construction has begun also increased to 34306, i.e. by 7.9% (against a drop by 1.3% the year before).
