According to preliminary data, in the period of January-July 2014, 78769 dwellings were completed, i.e. by 2.7% less than in the corresponding period of 2013 and by 1.2% less than in 2012 respectively.
In the period of seven months of 2014, the number of dwellings for which building permits have been granted amounted to 92237, i.e. by 15.8% more than in the corresponding period of 2013 (in which a drop by 22.3% was recorded). The number of dwellings in which construction has begun also increased to 85506, i.e. by 18.9% against a drop by 21.8% the year before.
