According to preliminary data, in August 2025 the prices of construction and assembly production increased compared to August 2024 (by 2.8%), but remained at a level similar to that recorded in the previous month.
In August 2025, compared to the previous month, prices for civil engineering increased (by 0.1%), however prices for building construction and specialized construction activities remained at a level similar to that recorded in the previous month.
Compared to August 2024, there was an increase in prices for the construction of civil engineering (by 3.0%), construction of buildings (by 2.7%), as well as the specialized construction activities (by 2.6%).
