According to preliminary data, in September 2025 the prices of construction and assembly production increased compared to September 2024 (by 2.5%), but remained at a level similar to that recorded in the previous month.
In September 2025, compared to the previous month, prices for building construction increased (by 0.1%), however prices for civil engineering and specialized construction activities remained at a level similar to that recorded in the previous month.
Compared to September 2024, there was an increase in prices for the construction of civil engineering (by 2.7%), construction of buildings (by 2.5%), as well as the specialized construction activities (by 2.4%).
