According to preliminary data, in July 2025 the prices of construction and assembly production increased both compared to the previous month (by 0.5%) and to July 2024 (by 3.2%).
In July 2025, compared to the previous month, prices for civil engineering and specialized construction activities increased (by 0.6%), and prices for building construction (by 0.4%).
Compared to July 2024, there was an increase in prices for the construction of civil engineering (by 3.3%), specialized construction activities (by 3.1%), as well as the construction of buildings (by 3.0%).
