According to preliminary data, in October 2025 the prices of construction and assembly production increased both compared to October 2024 (by 2.9%), as well as to the previous month. (by 0.8%).
In October 2025, compared to the previous month, prices for building construction and civil engineering increased both (by 0.8%), and prices for specialized construction activities (by 0.6%).
Compared to October 2024, there was an increase in prices for the construction of civil engineering (by 3.0%), construction of buildings (by 2.8%), as well as the specialized construction activities (by 2.6%).
