According to preliminary data, in December 2025 the prices of construction and assembly production increased both compared to December 2024 (by 3.6%) as well as to the previous month (by 0.5%).
In December 2025, compared to the previous month, prices increased for specialized construction activities (by 0.7%), civil engineering (by 0.6%) as well as building construction (by 0.3%).
Compared to December 2024, there was an increase in prices for the construction of civil engineering (by 3.6%), the specialized construction activities (by 3.5%), as well as construction of buildings (by 3.4%).
