In the first quarter of 2025, the producer prices for business services increased compared to the previous quarter by 1.8% and compared to the first quarter of 2024 - by 4.1%.

Assets (liabilities) of the surveyed cultural institutions as of December 31, 2024 amounted to PLN 28,418.4 million. Total revenues were higher by 13.9%, while total costs were higher by 13.6% compared to those achieved in 2023.

In 2024, compared to the previous year, the number of passengers transported by all modes of transport increased, except for inland waterway transport. On the other hand, both the total volume of goods and the number of tonne-kilometres performed decreased slightly.

Seasonally unadjusted gross domestic product (GDP) in the the first quarter of 2025 was higher by 3.2% year-on-year comparision against the increase of 2.2% in the corresponding quarter of 2024 (constant average prices of the previous year).

Consumer prices according to the flash estimate in May 2025 increased by 4.1% (price index 104.1) compared with the corresponding month of the previous year, and as related to the previous month decreased by 0.2% (price index 99.8).
