In the 4th quarter of 2025, there was an increase in the border traffic of foreigners by 1.7% and of Poles by 2.5%, compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. The values of goods and services purchased by foreigners in Poland and goods and services purchased by Poles abroad during this period were higher than in the 4th quarter of 2024 by 9.5% and 9.7% respectively.

In 2025 emergency rescue teams provided health care benefits in the occurrence place to 3.3 million of persons. In hospital emergency wards or admission rooms 6.6 million patients received health care benefits (increase by 2.9%). 4.9 million were discharged home and 1.7 million received inpatient treatment.

In 2025 the net financial result of the banking sector amounted to PLN 48.7 bn, in comparison with PLN 40.1 bn in 2024. The total bank balance sheets increased by 9.6% y/y and amounted to PLN 3,633.6 bn. The value of loans for the non-financial sector increased by 6.1% y/y to PLN 1,266.6 bn and the value of deposits of this sector increased by 8.3% y/y to PLN 2,103.5 bn.
