In 2025 blood donors amounted to 651.8 thousand (increase by 0.1% than in previous year). They donated 1,591.9 thousand blood donations and its components which is 43.5 thousand more donations than in 2024.

On the last day of December 2025, there were 1 141.1 thousand foreigners performing work in Poland, i.e. 7.2% more than on the last day of December 2024. Compared with the previous month, their number increased by 0.3%.

In December 2025, the median monthly gross wage and salary increased by 6.4% in nominal terms compared with November 2025, while it increased by 8.8% in nominal terms compared with the corresponding month of the previous year.

In the first quarter of 2026, the producer prices for business services increased compared to the previous quarter by 1.1% and compared to the first quarter of 2025 - by 2.7%.

The value of assets (liabilities) of the surveyed cultural institutions as of 31 December 2025 amounted to PLN 30,141.8 million. Total revenues were higher by 10.9% and total costs were higher by 10.7% compared to 2024.

In 2025, both freight and passenger transport increased.

Seasonally unadjusted gross domestic product (GDP) in the 1st quarter of 2026 was 3.5% higher year-on-year, compared with an increase of 3.2% in the corresponding quarter of 2025 (at constant average prices of the previous year).
