A comprehensive analysis of issues related to the health status of the population and the functioning of the health care system in Poland. The study is based on up-to-date public statistics and serves as a reliable source of information supporting the assessment and monitoring of changes in the field of public health.

Basic data and indicators characterizing the socio-economic situation of the country, presented in the form of data series - monthly, quarterly and annual on industry, including data on production, turnover, new orders, employment, average monthly gross wages, worked time, investment outlays, current assets, the sources of financing of enterprises assets. Moreover, financial indicators and prices indices are presented as well as data on industrial enterprises by amount of average monthly gross wages and salaries and by net turnover profitability indicator.

Analysis the results of the "Information Society Indicators" survey, which includes: a report on the use of ICT in enterprises, the use of ICT in public administration units, the use of ICT in households (including an individual questionnaire) and basic characteristics of the ICT sector.

This publication contains the most important, currently available data on the extent and social differentiation of poverty and privation risk in Poland and also shows the situation in our country in comparison to other European Union countries.
