In March 2026, consumer sentiment moods deteriorated, both regarding the current and future situation (compared to the previous month). The current consumer confidence in-dicator, synthetically describing the current trends in individual consumption, was minus 12.2 which was by 3.1 p.p. lower in relation to last month.

According to preliminary data, in December 2025 services production was higher by 9.0% than a year before (at that time, it was recorded an increase of 4.1%), and in relation to November 2025 increased by 12.3%.

On the last day of September 2025, 1 502.1 thousand persons in Poland were performing work only under contracts of mandate and related contracts, i.e. 5.4% more than in September 2024. Compared with June 2025, their number increased by 3.5%.

Consumer pirces in February 2026 increased by 2.1% compared with the corresponding month of the previous year (with an increase of prices of services by 4.8% and goods by 1.0%). As related to the previous month consumer prices increased by 0.3% (of which services by 0.7% and goods by 0.2%).

Foreign trade turnover in January 2026 in exports at current prices amounted to PLN 120.6 bn, while in imports - PLN 117.8 bn. The positive balance reached the level of PLN 2.8 bn. In comparison to the corresponding period of last year exports decreased by 5.9%, and imports by 9.3%.
