Forest land area, as of 31 December 2025, comprised 9489.5 thousand ha, with forest area amounting to 9290.8 thousand ha, i.e. 29.6% of the area of the country. In 2025, forest renewals covered 60.3 thousand ha and afforestation – 0.8 thousand ha. In 2025, in comparison with the previous year, there was a 3.5% decrease in total removals to 39764.6 thousand m3 with timber removals, dropping by 3.7%, to 37992.1 thousand m3.

In November 2024, the legislative process amending the framework regulation on European statistics was completed. Regulation (EU) 2024/3018 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2024 amending Regulation (EC) No 223/2009 on European statistics was published on 6 December 2024 in the Official Journal of the European Union.

The survey covered 87 enterprises conducting leasing activity in 2025. Throughout 2025, these entities concluded 699 thousand new lease agreements for 886 thousand of items (assets) leased worth a total of PLN 98.6 billion.

In 2025, the estimated extreme at-risk-of-poverty rate was 5.3% of persons in households and was close to the estimate for 2024 (5.2%). The estimated relative at-risk-of-poverty rate was 13.5% compared with 13.3% in 2024.

Consumer prices according to the flash estimate in June 2026 increased by 2.5% (price index 102.5) compared with the corresponding month of the previous year, and as related to the previous month decreased by 0.5% (price index 99.5).

Due to reported demand, Statistics Poland is launching regular release data on international trade in services by enterprise characteristics (STEC).
