In June 2026, the average paid employment in the enterprise sector remained at a level similar to that recorded in May of this year, whilst it was 0.9% lower than in June 2025.

According to preliminary data construction and assembly production (in constant prices) carried out domestically was in June 2026 higher by 5.2% an annual. Compared to May 2026 an increse was noted by 11.5%.

The value of assets held by investment funds at the end of December 2025 amounted to PLN 488.1 billion (an increase of 14.0% compared to the previous year).

Consumer proces in June 2026 increased by 2.5% compared with the corresponding month of the previous year (with an increase of prices of services by 5.4% and goods by 1.3%). As related to the previous month consumer prices decreased by 0.5% (of which goods by 0.9%, while prices of services increased by 0.6%).

According to preliminary data, in April 2026 services production was higher by 6.6% than a year before (at that time, it was recorded an increase of 3.7%), and in relation to March 2026 decreased by 1.8%.

Foreign trade turnover in January–May 2026 in exports at current prices amounted to PLN 667.5 bn, while in imports - PLN 679.9 bn. The negative balance reached the level of PLN 12.5 bn. In comparison to the corresponding period of last year 2025, exports increased by 3.5% and imports by 3.4%.

In Quarter 2 2025, the number of employment relationships established was 94.0 thousand lower than the number of employment relationships terminated.
