In January 2026 retail sales at constant prices were by 4.4% higher than the year before (against an increase of 4.9 in January 2025).
Compared with December 2025, there was a decrease by 17.8% in retail sales.

In January 2026, there was less by 8.0% dwellings completed compared to the corresponding period of 2025. The number of dwellings for which permits have been granted or which have been registered with a construction project as well as dwellings in which construction has begun also decreased (by 12.3% and 28.6%, respectively).
