The report presents a synthetic picture of the changes taking place in our country since 2015, across the five dimensions of the SDGs: People, Prosperity, Planet, Peace, and Partnership (also known as the 5P's).

The publication presents data for 2023 and 2024 on the economic activity of the Polish population, employed persons, labour turnover and vacancies, unemployed persons, working conditions (the working time structure, strikes, working conditions at the workplace, accidents at work), labour costs and wages and salaries (the wages and salaries fund as well as average monthly nominal and real wages and salaries, wages and salaries by position and job, the structure of full-time employees by wages and salaries). The publication shows changes occurring on Polish labour market.

Entities of the national economy entered in the REGON register - November 2025

As at the end of November 2025 the REGON register included 5 439.3 thous. of national economy entities. In November this year, the number of newly registered and deregistered, entities was lower than the month before.

Financial results of cultural institutions in the period January-September 2025 (preliminary data)

In the first three quarters of 2025, cultural institutions recorded a 12.4% increase in total revenues and a 11.5% increase in total costs, compared to the same period of the previous year. At the same time, investment outlays decreased by 10.2%.

Accidents at work in 2025 – preliminary data for quarter 1-3

47,076 persons injured in accidents at work were reported in January-September 2025 (3.1% persons more than in 2024). The incidence rate (the number of injured persons per 1,000 employed persons) increased from 3.28 to 3.43 per year.

The demand for labour in Quarter 3 2025

In Poland, at the end of Quarter 3 2025, there were 1.0% fewer job vacancies than at the end of the previous quarter. The job vacancy rate was 0.78%.
