On the last day of April 2025, there were 1 077.3 thousand foreigners performing work in Poland, i.e. 5.5% more than in April 2024. Compared with the previous month, their number increased by 1.0%.

Revised estimate of gross domestic product for the year 2024

According to the revised estimate, gross domestic product (GDP) in 2024 increased by 3.0% in comparison to 2023. The result has changed compared to previously published on 17th April 2025 by 0.1 percentage points.

Tourist accommodation establishments and their occupancy in the 1st half of 2025

In the 1st half of 2025, in Poland, 18.9 million tourists were accommodated in tourist accommodation establishments and 44.9 million overnight stays were provided for them. Compared to the same period of 2024, this was an increase of 11.6% and 8.5% respectively. Compared to the 1st half of 2024 the occupancy rate decreased from 37.0% to 36.9%.

Price indices of residential premises in the second quarter of 2025

In the second quarter of 2025 prices of residential premises in Poland compared to the first quarter of 2025, increased by 1.2%. On the primary market the increase was 1.6%, while on the secondary market it was 0.8%. Compared to the corresponding quarter of 2024, prices of residential premises increased by 4.7% (of which on the primary market – by 5.5% and on the secondary market – by 4.0%).

Consumer prices according to the flash estimate in September 2025 increased by 2.9% (price index 102.9) compared with the corresponding month of the previous year, and as related to the previous month consumer prices remained on average at the level similar to that of the previuos month (price index 100.0).
