Households in Poland had a significant share in gross inland energy consumption (excluding motor fuels). Average electricity consumption in households in 2024 increased by 23,6% compared to 2002.

Price indices of residential premises in the third quarter of 2025

In Poland, in the third quarter of 2025, an increase in the prices of residential premises of 0.9% was recorded compared to the second quarter of 2025. On the primary market, this increase amounted to 1.0%, while on the secondary market it was 0.8%. Compared to the corresponding period in 2024, residential property premises increased by 4.0% (including 4.6% on the primary market and 3.5% on the secondary market).

Consumer prices according to the flash estimate in December 2025 increased by 2.4% (price index 102.4) compared with the corresponding month of the previous year, and as related to the pre-vious month remained at the same level (price index 100.0).
