Foreign trade turnover of goods in total and by countries in January-June 2021
Foreign trade turnover1 in January – June 2021 in exports at current prices amounted to PLN 621.2 bn, while in imports - PLN 603.8 bn. The positive balance reached the level of PLN 17.3 bn, while in the same period of 2020 year amounted to PLN 16.7 bn. In comparison to the corresponding period of 2020 exports increased by 27.4%, while imports by 28.3%.

Procurement prices of basic agricultural products decreased in July 2021 in comparison with the previous month (by 1.8%), while compared to the corresponding period of last year increased (by 16.4%).
In July 2021 compared to June this year, procurement prices of most agricultural products decreased. The prices of oat, maize and poultry were higher.

The amount of outlays on fixed assets for environmental protection in 2020 amounted to approx. PLN 11.4 billion (compared to PLN 12.4 billion in 2019), and outlays on fixed assets for water management reached the level of approx. PLN 2.7 billion (PLN 3.2 billion in 2019). In 2020 domestic deliveries of meat (including pork, beef, veal and poultry meat) amounted to PLN 4194 thousand tons and were higher by 3.7% compared to the previous year.
