Prices of residential premises in the first quarter of 2021, compared to the fourth quarter of 2020, increased by 2.0% (of which on the primary market - by 2.1% and on the secondary market - by 1.9%). funds' investments decreased to PLN 253.3 billion (by
10.2%).

Foreign trade turnover in January – May 2021 in exports at current prices amounted to PLN 512.2 bn, while in imports - PLN 496.2 bn. The positive balance reached the level of PLN 16.0 bn, while in the same period of 2020 year amounted to PLN 8.8 bn. In comparison to the corresponding period of 2020 exports increased by 28.6%, while imports by 27.4%.
