According to preliminary data in March 2020 the prices of construction and assembly production were higher by 3.0% in comparison with the corresponding month of the previous year and by 0.2% in comparison with February 2020.

In March 2020, sold production of industry was by 2.3% lower than in March 2019, when the growth was recorded by 5.6%, whereas in comparison with February 2020, it increased by 2.4%. In the period January-March of 2020, sold production of industry was by 1.0% higher than in the corresponding period of 2019, when an increase of 6.1% was observed.

According to preliminary data in March 2020 the prices of sold production of industry decreased both compared to the same month of the previous year and com-pared to February 2020 by 0.5% each.

Procurement prices of basic agricultural products decreased in March 2020 as related to the previous month (by 0.3%), but compared with the corresponding period of the previous year increased (by 5.3%).

In March 2020, average paid employment in enterprise sector was higher by 0.3% y/y and amounted to 6411.7 thousand, and average gross wages and salaries were higher by 6.3% y/y and amounted to 5489.21 PLN.
