Price of one square meter of usable floor space of a residential building in the first quarter of 2019 was PLN 4388

According to preliminary data in April 2019 the prices of construction and assembly production were higher by 0.4% in comparison to previous month and by 3.8% in comparison to April 2018.

In April 2019, sold production of industry was by 9.2% higher than in April 2018, which saw 9.3% increase, whereas in comparison with March 2019, it decreased by 3.6%.

According to preliminary data in April 2019 the prices of sold production of industry were higher in comparison to the previous month by 0.4%. In comparison to the corresponding period of the last year the prices increased by 2.6%.

Average monthly gross wage and salary in enterprise sector in April 2019 was PLN 5186,12

In April 2019, average paid employment in enterprise sector was higher by 2.9% y/y and amounted to 6392.4 thousand, and average gross wages and salaries were higher by 7.1% y/y and amounted to 5186.12 PLN.

Price index of construction and assembly production in the first quarter of 2019 as compared to the fourth quarter of 2018 increased by 0.7%.
