Price of one square meter of usable floor space of a residential building in the third quarter of 2021 was 5347 ​PLN.

In October 2021 retail sales[1] at constant prices were by 6.9% higher than the year before (against a decrease of 2.3% in October 2020). Compared with September 2021 retail sales increased by 3.6%. In the period of January-October[2] 2021 retail sales y/y were by 7.4% higher (against a decrease of 3.0% in 2020).

According to preliminary data, in October 2021, construction and assembly production (in constant prices) carried out domestically by construction enterprises employing more than 9 persons was by 4.2% higher than in the corresponding period of 2020 (a decrease of 5.8% the year before) and by 0.4% higher compared to September 2021 (an increase of 0.5% the year before). The value of total assets collected by investment funds at the end of June 2021 amounted to 348.9 billion PLN (increase by 16.8% compared to the end of June of the previous year). The value of funds' investments increased to 281.3 billion PLN (by 5.7%).
