Seasonally unadjusted gross domestic product (GDP) in the the second quarter of 2025 was higher by 3.4% year-on-year comparision against the increase of 3.2% in the corresponding quarter of 2024 (constant average prices of the previous year).

Consumer prices according to the flash estimate in August 2025 increased by 2.8% (price index 102.8) compared with the corresponding month of the previous year, and as related to the previous month decreased by 0.1% (price index 99.9).

PLN 15.1 billion (compared to PLN 18.2 billion in 2023), and outlays on fixed assets for water management reached the level of approx. PLN 3.6 billion (PLN 4.3 billion in 2023). In 2024, outlays on environmental protection and water management accounted for 0.42% and 0.10% of GDP, respectively (0.53% and 0.13% in 2023, respectively).
