In Poland, at the end of Quarter 1 2025, there were 11.0% more job vacancies than at the end of the previous quarter, and the job vacancy rate1 increased by 0.08 percentage points (pp) to 0.82%.
At the end of Quarter 1 2025, 101.0 thousand job vacancies were recorded. There were 10.0 thousand more of them than in Quarter 4 2024 and 11.0 thousand fewer of them than in the corresponding quarter of 2024.
The job vacancy rate at the end of Quarter 1 2025 was 0.82%, i.e. 0.08 pp higher than in Quarter 4 2024 but 0.07 pp lower than in the corresponding quarter of 2024.
