Publication contains a comprehensive set of statistical information on the living standard of the population, the condition of the Polish economy and the state of the natural environment, including spatial conditions. Data for Poland are supplemented with selected information in the field of international comparisons.

The publication is enriched with graphics and notes explaining the basic statistical categories and the most important legal and organisational changes in particular areas.

Correction dated 25th July 2024

On 25 July 2024, the pdf file of the "Concise Statistical Yearbook of Poland 2024", was modified in the chapter 1 “Environment and environmental protection” in note about meteorological data on page 27:
from: “The absolute minimum temperature in the period 1951—2023 was recorded in January 2017 at the meteorological station Jabłonka near Nowy Targ and it was –37.3°C.”
on: ”The absolute minimum temperature in the period 1951—2023 was recorded in February 1963 at the meteorological station Sanok-Trepcza and it was –39.0°C.”

NOTE:

On 15/10/2024, the annual construction and assembly production indices at constant prices were revised in the Concise Statistical Yearbook of Poland 2024 (table 9 on page 301, chart and table 10 on page 302 and review tables I and II on page 449 and 461).
