Rich set of statistics on the living standard of the population, the condition of the Polish economy and the state of the natural environment, including spatial conditions. Data for Poland are supplemented with selected information in the field of international comparisons. The publication is enriched with graphics and notes explaining the basic statistical categories and the most important legal and organisational changes in particular areas.

On 21 August 2026, the pdf file of the ‘Concise Statistical Yearbook of Poland 2026’, was modified – in the chapter 8 “Education” in the table 4 (135) on page 192 number of students learning modern foreign languages and their share in total of students:

• in the fourth row from the top of the second and fourth columns (from 26.7 and 2.0 to 18.4 and 1.4);
• in the fifth row from the top of the second and fourth columns (from 5.7 and 0.4 to 26.7 and 2.0);
• in the sixth row from the top of the second and fourth columns (from 18.4 and 1.4 to 5.7 and 0.4).
