In July 2023, the average paid employment in the enterprise sector compared with July 2022 was higher by 0.1% y/y and amounted to 6 513.7 thousand full-time equivalent employees. Compared to the previous month, the average paid employment remained at a similar level.
Average gross wages and salaries in the enterprise sector in July 2023 compared with July 2022 were nominally higher by 10.4% y/y and amounted to PLN 7 485.12. Compared with June 2023 average gross wages and salaries increased nominally by 2.0%.
