The publication presents statistical data from surveys carried out by the Statistics Poland. These data concerns:

a. Construction results – in particular:

− buildings and dwellings completed (including the number of buildings and dwellings, volume and type of buildings, useful floor area of non-residential buildings and dwellings, form of construction, the construction period and technology of erection of residential buildings, technical and sanitary devices which dwellings are equipped with);

− dwellings in which construction has begun (number – by forms of construction).

b. Granted building permits and registrations with a construction project, also registrations covered by a simplified procedure for single-family residential buildings (including a number of permits and registrations, including granted on the basis of local spatial development plan), number of buildings (including on the basis of  local spatial development plan) and useful floor area of buildings and dwellings by type of constructions; for residential construction – by forms of construction as well).
