In Quarter 2 2025, the number of employment relationships established was 94.0 thousand lower than the number of employment relationships terminated.

As of 31 December 2025, 287.8 thousand persons were studying at Masovian higher education institutions, 0.1% less than a year earlier. In 2025, 65.6 thousand graduates received their diplomas (13.7% more than in 2024). 110.9 thousand students were enrolled in postgraduate studies, and 5.3 thousand were enrolled in doctoral schools.
