Retirement and other pensions in 2014
It presents changes in the number of persons receiving benefi ts, gross amounts of benefi ts and the average gross amount of benefi ts by types (retirement pays, pensions resulting from the inability to work and family pensions), the dynamics of the observed changes and the relation to average monthly wages and salaries within the non-agricultural social security system (the integration of data from the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), the Ministry of National Defence (MON), the Ministry of the Interior (MSW) and the Ministry of Justice (MS)), as well as the social insurance system for farmers (data from the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (KRUS)). It provides the comparison of the average retirement pay and disposable income of households of retirees with social and subsistence minimum. Housing economy in 2014

Index numbers of industrial and construction-assembly production in November 2015
In November of 2015, sold production of industry was by 7.8% higher than in November of 2014, whereas an increase of 1.2% was reported in construction-assembly production. In the period January-November of 2015, sold production of industry was by 4.7% higher than in the corresponding period of 2014 which saw a 3.0% increase, whereas construction-assembly production was by 3.3% higher than in the corresponding period of 2014 which saw a 3.1% increase.

Information on socio-economic situation of the country in November 2015
After moderate, stable economic growth in the 3rd quarter, in October 2015 tendencies in basic areas of economy did not differ substantially from the hitherto observed ones. The growth pace of sold production of industry slightly slowed down and the drop in construction and assembly production deepened, which was associated with the impact of seasonal factors. In the second month in a row the sales of services in transport decreased. The growth pace of retail sale strengthened.

Health and health care in 2014
It contains the results of the survey concerning the health condition of Poland’s population, as well as infrastructure and the functioning of the health care system, conducted within the Polish Official Statistics. As regards the health condition of the population, information concerns, among others, the incidence of selected diseases (e.g. infectious diseases, malignant neoplasms, mental diseases and disorders), and reasons for hospitalisation. As regards the health care infrastructure, information concerns, among others, the status and activity of entities operating in health care, medical practices, and medical personnel, including persons entitled to practise medical profession and persons working directly with patients, in-patient and out-patient treatment facilities, pharmacies, first aid and emergency medical services, as well as occupational medicine. The basic characteristics of these facilities is provided, e.g., types of facilities, the number of beds, places and ambulances, the number of consultations and patients, and the length of hospital stay. Moreover, selected data on public expenditures on health care in 2013 is presented, along with the results of the National Health Account for 2012. In addition to the tabular part, there are analytical comments, methodological notes, a glossary of terms used in the compilation and a graphic presentation of the phenomena described.
