It describes the condition of dwelling stocks and housing conditions, including technical and sanitary equipment of dwellings, as well as privatisation processes, arrears in rental payment and in repayment of housing loans in housing co-operatives, eviction actions, renovations of apartments in residential buildings by forms of ownership, i.e. gminas, housing cooperatives, the State Treasury, employers, social construction companies and housing communities. Land owned by gminas designated for housing construction and housing allowances paid in 2013 by gminas to the users of residential premises are also included.
