In 2022, 34.2 million tourists were accommodated in tourist accommodation estab-lishments, with 90.0 million overnight stays. Compared to 2021, it was more by 54.3% and 43.2%, respectively. The occupancy rate of bed places in all tourist accommodation establishments in 2022 amounted to 40.4% and was higher by 8.1 percentage point compared to the previous year.

Statistics Poland published revised data on international trade in services for 2010-2020. The correction was related to the process of revising statistical data resulting from the work carried out to improve the quality of data sources. Revisions of full time series are conducted in order to provide users with consistent and comparable data between different statistical areas. Therefore, the correction of data on international trade in services was also reflected in the balance of payment statistics as well as in national accounts statistics.
