In 2022, 92 debt collection entities were included in the study. The nominal total value of all debts serviced by these entities, as at the end of 2021, amounted to PLN 147,1 billion.

Consumer prices according to the flash estimate in July 2023, compared with the corre-sponding month of the previous year, increased by 10,8% (price index 110,8), and as related to the previous month decreased by 0,2% (price index 99,8).

The layout and length of Poland's inland waterways have remained at a similar level for years, while the volume of the cargo carried by Polish fleet owners by inland waterways decreases. Among the factors directly impacting the decrease in cargo transport and transport performance in inland shipping is insufficient development of waterways and unfavourable navigation conditions determining the basic structural parameters of the rolling stock, i.e. relatively low capacity of barges. With a small scale of inland waterways transport, the volume of transported cargo measured in tonnes is subject to large fluctuations resulting from the nature of these transports.

531,2 thousand notarial deeds relating to real estate sales were concluded in 2022, by 24.3% less than in the previous year. Compared to 2021 an increase in the number of notarial deeds occurred only in the case of sales of properties to the State Treasury or local self-government bodies (of 9.9%).

The value of total assets collected by investment funds at the end of December 2022 amounted to PLN 299.4 billion (a decrease by 13.2% compared to the previous year). In 2022, investment funds achieved a negative result on operations in the amount of PLN -6.3 billion (PLN 17.6 billion less than in the previous year).
