Prices of residential premises in the fourth quarter of 2020, compared to the third quarter of 2020, increased by 1.0% (of which on the primary market - by 1.7% and on the secondary market - by 0.5%).
Compared to the corresponding quarter of 2019, prices of residential premises increased by 8.9% (of which on the primary market - by 6.0% and on the secondary market - by 11.2%).
