Prices of residential premises in the second quarter of 2022, compared to the first quarter of 2022, increased by 2.0% (of which on the primary market - by 0.2% and on the secondary market - by 3.6%). Compared to the corresponding quarter of 2021, prices of residential premises increased by 12.4% (of which on the primary market - by 10.9% and on the secondary market - by 13.7%).
