As at the end of August 2024 the REGON register included 5 257.9 thous. of national economy entities. The number of newly registered entities in August amounted to 28.5 thous., i.e. by 9.4% less than a month before.
The number of newly registered entities decreased in August (by 9.4%) compared to the previous month. A decrease was recorded for commercial companies (by 11.9%) and natural persons conducting economic activity (by 8.8%). An increase compared to the previous month was recorded for civil law partnerships (by 2.0%).
