In the period of ten months of 2019 there were more dwellings completed than the year before. The number of dwellings in which construction has begun and the number of dwellings for which permits have been granted or which have been registered with a construction project also increased.

According to preliminary data in October 2019 the prices of sold production of industry were lower in comparison with the previous month by 0.4%. In comparison with the corresponding month of the last year the prices decreased by 0.1%.

In October 2019, the value of construction and assembly production in constant prices decreased on a monthly basis and increased on an accrued basis, compared to corresponding periods of the previous year.

In October 2019, sold production of industry was by 3.5% higher than in October 2018, when the growth was recorded by 7.4%, whereas in comparison with September 2019, it increased by 7.8%.

According to preliminary data in October 2019 the prices of construction and as-sembly production were higher by 0.3% in comparison with previous month and by 3.2% in comparison with October 2018.
