It provides a short-term analysis of phenomena and processes in the national economy, including monthly, quarterly and annual information, among others, on the labour market, prices, wages and salaries, basic areas of the national economy (agriculture, industry, construction, the domestic market, transport), foreign trade, money supply and public finances.

Assessment of the situation of manufacturing, construction, trade and service enterprises is based upon the subjective opinions about actual and future business situation expressed by the directors of the surveyed companies.

It contains basic indices of the socio-economic situation of the country, presented in the monthly, quarterly and annual series, including, among others, the national accounts, information on demography, the labour market, wages and salaries, social benefits, prices, money supply, public finances and finances of non-financial enterprises, investment outlays, agriculture, industry, construction, transport, domestic and foreign trade, along with monthly or quarterly data characterising the socio-economic situation of voivodships and EU countries.

In November 2018 retail sales at constant prices were by 6.9% higher than the year before (against a growth of 8.8% in November 2017). Compared with October this year retail sales decreased by 2.8%.

The publication contains a wide set of data characterizing the living conditions of the residents and the economic situation of the region in 2017 in the spatial division.

In 2016, the value of gross domestic product generated in Mazowieckie voivodship amounted to PLN 414,401 mln. In comparison with 2015, it was higher in current prices by 3.8%. GDP growth was recorded in all subregions except radomski.
