In November 2024, there was a deterioration in current consumer sentiment moods with no change in future consumer sentiment moods compared to the previous month.

In the period of January-October 2024, there were less dwellings completed than the year before.

The value of assets held by investment funds at the end of June 2024 amounted to PLN 406.4 billion (an increase of 23.5% compared to the end of June of the previous year). Investment funds achieved a result on operations in the amount of PLN 16,3 billion (com-pared to PLN 16.7 billion in the previous year).

According to preliminary data construction and assembly production (in constant prices) carried out domestically by construction enterprises employing more than 9 persons was in October 2024 by 9.6% lower than in the same period of 2023 (an increase of 9.7% the year before) and by 1.9% higher compared to September 2024 (an increase of 2.5% in the corresponding period of 2023).

Among the non-financial enterprises declaring the start of operations in 2023, 172 595 units remained active by 2024, i.e. 59.2%. The highest survival rate after the first year of activity was recorded for entities in professional, scientific and technical activities section (72.2%).
