In January 2019 there were more dwellings completed than the year before. The number of dwellings for which permits have been granted or which have been registered with a construction project and the number of dwellings in which construction has begun slightly decreased.

In January of 2019 construction and assembly production in constant prices was higher than in January of 2018.

In January 2019 retail sales1 at constant prices2 were by 5.2% higher than the year before (against a growth of 7.7% in January 2018). Compared with December 2018 retail sales decreased by 18.9%.

Price of one square meter of usable floor space of a residential building in the fourth quarter of 2018 was PLN 4139.

Data on income inequalities in Poland, income of the European Union Member States, selected issues of the labour market, health of children and adults (including self-perceived health), housing conditions, the equipment of households with selected durable goods, respondent opinions on selected material and non-material living conditions aspects, as well as selected indicators of social cohesion. The report contains a synthesis of the survey results along with a graphical presentation of the described phenomena, a tabular part and comments on the methodology and organization of the survey.

In 2016, the gross value added in Mazowieckie voivodship amounted do PLN 366 062 million, of which 72.4% was generated by service enterprises. Compared to the previous year, the share of service sector increased by 0.7 pp.
