After three quarters of 2016, exports at current prices amounted to PLN 586321.2 mln, while imports amounted to PLN 568375.8 mln. The positive balance reached the level of PLN 17945.4 mln, while in the previous year PLN 6993.7 mln. In comparison to the corresponding period of the 2015, exports increased by 5.8% and imports by 3.9%.

For many years the Central Statistical Office has published a wide range of information allowing for the in-depth analysis of particular quality of life aspects. In this publication, we present a set of core indicators that enable the assessment of important areas of quality of life. It has been assumed that core indicators refer to individuals or households and include objective as well as subjective measures. Both types of indicators should be considered as complementary.

It provides the comparison of the average retirement pay and disposable income of households of retirees with social and subsistence minimum. The general characteristics of households of retired persons and retirees is also included.
