As at the end of April 2022 the REGON register included 4 870.5 thous. of national economy entities, i.e. by 0.2% more than a month before (3.4% more than in the corresponding period of the previous year).

In 2021, exhibition activities were conducted by 313 art galleries (1.9% more in comparison to 2020). Art galleries organised 3.1 thousand exhibitions in Poland, visited by 3.4 million people.

In 2021 there were 939 museums and museum branches, visited by 25.3 million people. Museums organised 2.5 thousand regular exhibitions and 3.6 thousand temporary exhibitions in Poland (of which 33 exhibitions from abroad).

In 2021 there were 185 theatres and music institutions. They presented 30.0 thousand performances/concerts with 4.7 million audience. 717 premieres took place. Theatres and music institutions had 3.8 thousand performances in their repertoire.

Average gross wage in the first quarter 2022 was PLN 6235,22

The study presents the results of the survey on the occupancy of tourist accommodation establishments in Opolskie Voivodship in 2021. The study has covered tourist accommodation establishments with 10 or more bed places. In 2021, 239.0 thousand tourists were accommodated in tourist accommodation establishments, for whom 512.2 thousand overnight stays were provided, i.e. more by 12.0% and by 9.6%, respectively, compared to 2020.
