Foreign trade turnover in total and by countries January - March 2015
In the period of January – March 2015, exports at current prices amounted to PLN 181256.3 mln, while imports amounted to PLN 172500.6 mln. The positive balance reached the level of PLN 8755.7 mln, while in the previous year minus PLN 1829.8 mln. In comparison to the corresponding period of the 2014, exports increased by 7.7% and imports by 1.4%.

According to preliminary data, the prices of sold production of industry in April 2015 were lower of 0.3% than in the previous month. The drop of prices was recorded in mining and quarrying of 0.5%, of which in mining of coal and lignite - of 2.1%, but the growth of prices was recorded in mining of metal ores - by 1.4%.

Index numbers of industrial and construction-assembly production in April 2015
In April of 2015, sold production of industry was by 2.3% higher than in April of 2014, whereas an increase of 8.5% was reported in construction-assembly production. In the period January-April of 2015, sold production of industry was by 4.4% higher than in the corresponding period of 2014 which saw a 4.8% increase, whereas construction-assembly production was by 5.1% higher than in the corresponding period of 2014 which saw a 10.5% increase.
