The overall net financial result of insurance companies in 2025 was higher than a year earlier and amounted to PLN 12.5 billion (PLN 10.0 billion in 2024). This was due to the improved performance of non-life insurance companies (Branch II), which increased by 35.4% year-on-year.

In Poland, in the fourth quarter of 2025, an increase in the prices of residential premises of 1.5% was recorded compared to the third quarter of 2025. On the primary market, this increase amounted to 2.1%, while on the secondary market it was 1.0%. Compared to the corresponding period in 2024, residential property premises increased by 4.3% (including 5.7% on the primary market and 3.1% on the secondary market).

In 2025, total revenues of surveyed enterprises amounted to 6,210.8 bn PLN and total costs of obtaining the revenues amounted to 5,899.8 bn PLN. Gross financial result amounted to 311.0 bn PLN.
