The 230th anniversary of the 3rd of May Constitution falls on 3May. Poles around the world celebrate the national holiday commemorating the adoption in 1791 of the first written constitution in Europe and the second in the world. The Constitution was adopted by the Four-Year Sejm, known as the Great Sejm (1788-1792).
