In March 2019, average paid employment in enterprise sector was higher by 3.0% y/y and amounted to 6393.6 thousand, and average gross wages and salaries were higher by 5.7% y/y and amounted to 5164.53 zl.

The price index of consumer goods and services ‘all-items’ in March 2019 as related to March 2013 amounted to 103,5 (price increase of 3,5%).

The price index of consumer goods and services ‘all-items’ in the 1st quarter of 2019 as related to the 4th quarter of 2018 amounted to 100,2 (price increase of 0,2%).

Consumer prices in March 2019, as related to the previous month, increased by 0,3% (of which goods – by 0,4%, and services – by 0,2%). Compared with the corresponding month of the previous year, consumer prices increased by 1,7% (of which services – by 2,7% and goods – by 1,3%).
