Price of one square meter of usable floor space of a residential building in the first quarter of 2018 was PLN 4132.

Price index of construction and assembly production in the first quarter of 2018 increased by 0.5% as compared to the fourth quarter of 2017.

According to preliminary data in April 2018 the prices of sold production of industry were higher by 1.1% in comparison to April 2017. The prices increase was also recorded in construction and assembly production – by 2.1%.

In April of 2018, sold production of industry was by 9.3% higher than in April of 2017, whereas an increase of 19.7% was reported in construction-assembly production.

In the period of four months of 2018 there were more dwellings completed than the year before. The number of dwellings for which permits have been granted or which have been registered with a construction project and the number of dwellings in which construction has begun also increased.
