The most comprehensive publication of Statistics Poland with key statistical data on Poland, as well as major regional differences and international comparisons. The presented data enable a complex description of the socio-economic situation of the country including retrospective comparisons. It is a compendium of information on, among others, population, labour market, education, living conditions, economy and business, as well as environment and natural resources, reflecting a rich collection of statistics gathered and shared by official statistics.


03.02.2022:

The pdf file of the "Statistical Yearbook of the Republic of Poland 2021" was modified in the chapter 26 “National accounts” in the table 18 (572):

  • on page 719:
  • 20th row from the bottom of the first, second and third column, the value of the other current transfers was corrected (from 18356, 20097 and 105561 to 20092, 20223 and 107171);
  • 16th row from the bottom of the first, second and third column, the value of the capital transfers was corrected (from 18472, 10814 and 13969 to 16736, 10688 and 12359).
  • on page 721:
  • 15th row from the top of first, second and third column, the value of the other current transfers was corrected (z 3,3; 6,4 and 53,0 to 3,6; 6,5 and 53,8);
  • 17th row from the top of first, second and third column, the value of the capital transfers was corrected (z 3,3; 3,5 and 7,0 to 3,0; 3,4 and 6,2).

25.02.2022:

On 24 February 2022, the pdf file of the "Statistical Yearbook of the Republic of Poland 2021" was modified in the chapter 14 “Science and technology. Information society” in the table 1 (322) on page 425 number of internal personnel, of which the number of technicians and equivalent staff and of other supporting staff in the:

  • 10th row from the bottom of the fourth and fifth column (from 25826, 13527 to 25824, 13526);
  • 4th row from the bottom of the fourth and fifth column (from 7860, 2928 to 7858, 2926);
  • 3rd row from the bottom of the fourth and fifth column (from 7709, 2801 to 7707, 2799).
