Prices of residential premises in the first quarter of 2022, compared to the fourth quarter of 2021, increased by 3.3% with the same price increase both on the primary market and on the secondary market. Compared to the corresponding quarter of 2021, prices of residential premises increased by 13.6% (of which on the primary market - by 13.3% and on the secondary market - by 13.8%).
