Registrations and bankruptcies of enterprises in the second quarter of 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, there were 88 728 registrations of enterprises recorded i.e. 1.2% more than in the corresponding period of previous year and 90 enterprises declared bankruptcy i.e. 2.2% less than in the second quarter of 2024.
The number of registrations of enterprises in the second quarter of 2025 was 88 728 compared to 87 642 in the same period of the previous year. Nearly ¾ of all registrations occurred in four kinds of economic activity: services (24.9%), construction (19.6%), other sections (17.5%) and trade; repair of motor vehicles (12.8%). An increase in the number of registrations was noted in services (by 14.2%) and other sections (by 11.8%). In the case of other analyzed kind of activity, a decrease in the number of registrations occurred, the largest in trade; repair of motor vehicles (by 16.1%).
