In 2022, there were 2 349.8 thousand non-financial enterprises in Poland, in which 2 283.4 thousand microenterprises. With regard to the type of business activity conducted, trade enterprises remained the largest group in population of non-financial enterprises (20.0% of total); and in terms of location – entities based in the Mazowieckie Voivodship (17.7% of total).
