In the period January–March 2025, there were less by 4.6% dwellings completed than in the corresponding period of the previous year. The number of dwellings for which permits have been granted or which have been registered with a construction project as well as dwellings in which construction has begun also decreased (by 11.6% and 7.3%, respectively).

In March 2025, the average paid employment in the enterprise sector was 6 444.0 thousand full-time equivalents, 0.9% lower than a year earlier. The average monthly gross wage and salary in the enterprise sector in March 2025 amounted to PLN 9 055.92, i.e. it increased nominally by 7.7% compared with March last year.

According to preliminary data, the prices of sold production of industry in March 2025 decreased both compared to February 2025 – by 0.3%, and March 2024 – by 1.1%.

According to the EDP notification, in 2024 the general government deficit was equal 239 809 mln zl (6.6% of GDP), while the general government debt amounted to 2 011 840 mln zl (55.3% of GDP).

According to preliminary data construction and assembly production (in constant prices) carried out domestically was in March 2025 was lower by 1.1% than in the same period of 2024 (in March 2024 a decrease of 13.4%) and by 17.6% higher compared to February 2025.

In March 2025, sold production of industry was by 2.5% higher than in March 2024 (when a decrease was recorded by 5.6%), whereas in comparison with February 2025, it increased by 8.6%. In the period January-March of 2025, sold production of industry was by 0.9% higher than in the corresponding period of 2024 (which saw a decrease by 0.6%)

According to preliminary data, in March 2025 the prices of construction and assembly production were higher both compared to February 2025 – by 0.5%, and March 2024 – by 3.8%.
